1.主導企業壓鑄件結構改善、模具方案審核與最終方案确定;

2.負責公司壓鑄工藝的審定,确定關鍵壓鑄工藝流程;

3.負責壓鑄模具與工藝過程改善,零件一次合格率改善達到95%;

4.負責整個工藝部門管理、制度制定與完善;

5.組織對壓鑄技術問題進行研發攻關,消除制約公司戰略實施的技術瓶頸,解決現場壓鑄工藝難題,整體提升公司壓鑄技術管理水平;

6.完成上級領導交代的其他工作。


【Entry Qualifications】

1.鑄造或者機械專業等相關專業大專及以上學曆;

2.有8年以上壓鑄模具優化或者壓鑄模具設計經驗,精通鋁合金壓鑄工藝、熟悉模具設計者優先;

3.有大型壓鑄上市企業或頭部模具企業設計工作經驗者優先;

4.具有新能源汽車壓鑄電控殼體(OBC、逆變器)、二合一或者多合一電機殼體、中小型結構件改善經驗或者模具設計經驗者優先。
